Is this web site secure?

Yes. We are committed to protecting your personal health information and have taken several measures to ensure the security of your account information. 

Online Center  is secured using 256-bit SecureSocket Layer (SSL) encryption.  SSL technology allows you to connect to Internet sites in a secure manner, and encrypts all information that passes through this web site.

To further protect your privacy, we will automatically sign you off thisweb site after 30 minutes of inactivity.

How do I create an account?

If you'd like to create an account, click on the "Create an Account" link on the login page and follow the on-screen instructions.

You will need to input the required information the form to complete the account setup process.

What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, you can recover it using the password recovery feature on our web site.  On the login page, click "Forgot Your Password" and follow the on-screen instructions.

You'llneed to provide your username and the answer to your security question that you established when you first created your account.

Does my account expire?

Accounts will expire if there is one year of inactivity on your account.  If your account has expired, simply go through the registration process and you'll be allowed to sign up again.

For our members:  If your health plan coverage terminates, your account will expire 90 days after your termination date.

What if I forget my username?

To request your Username click on Forgot your Username, select member, and enter the requested information. Your username will be e-mailed to the e-mail address provided.

Can I deactivate my account?

Yes, your account can be deactivated upon verbal or written request to Member Services **Reactivations are only accepted in writing, send to Member Services. (Member Services phone number and address can be located on reverse side of ID Card.)

What should I do if I feel my account has been compromised?

Contact the health plan immediately so that access to your account can be immediately disabled. Please contact the Member Services number on the back of your medical ID card. We will investigate all cases.

Remember: It is your responsibility to safeguard your username and password. Do not share your account information with anyone to ensure safety of your personal information online.

How can I quickly navigate back to the homepage?

Clicking on the Online Center logo in the top left corner of the page will always take you back "Home".

If you are not logged in, clicking the logo will take you back to the login screen.

If you are logged in, clicking the logo will take you back the main landing page you see after you initially log in.
